Management Board

Józef Duda

President of the Management Board

Born in 1955. In 1979, he graduated from the Higher School of Engineering in Opole. In 1980, he completed postgraduate studies at the Academy of Internal Affairs in Łódź (obtained the rank of lieutenant in Civic Militia). Józef Duda completed professional development course in: Security for a debt – effective solutions in commercial relations (2001), Fundamentals of quality management according to the requirements of PN ISO 9001:2000 (2003). Józef Duda began his career in the County Police Headquarters located in Pszczyna, where he worked until 1996. Initially as an officer of the criminal section, then as a Head of the Division and the Deputy Commander of the County Police Headquarters.

In the period from 1989 till 2002, he served as a representative of the company “Juma” a civil law partnership with headquarters in Pszczyna. In the period from 1995 till 2001, he also served as a representative of the company Patentus a civil law partnership, and since 2002 as a commercial proxy of Patentus M. Duda i Spółka a registered partnership. From 1997 till 2001, he occupied the post of Vice President of the Management Board of Patentus S.A., and from 2001 till present, he serves as a President of the Management Board of Patentus S.A.

Stanisław Duda

Vice President of the Management Board

Born in 1959. In 1983, he graduated from the Higher School of Engineering in Opole. In the years from 1983 to 2009, he worked in Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A., in hard coal mine “Pniówek” located in Pawłowice. In the period from May to September 1983 and from September 1984 to June 1985, Stanisław Duda worked as an intern under the ground. Then, from 1985 till 1987, he was employed as a supervisor of underground’s machinery installations.

In the period from February 1987 to January 1988 and form February 1988 to February 1990, he occupied the post of a mine shift foreman of underground’s machinery installations, and in the years 1990 and 1991, the post of a mine section foreman of the engineering department. From 1991 till 1997, he served as senior inspector responsible for the preparation of production, designing and developing of processes of mine closure underground. In the period from November 1999 to July 2009, Stanisław Duda served as a head of the department of investments and repairs underground.

Wiesław Waszkielewicz

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1945. He is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Faculty of Metallurgy, Master of Science in Engineering and Economics. In 1976 Wiesław Waszkielewicz obtained a PhD in economics in Organization and Management. In 1989 he obtained the degree of habilitated doctor in Economic Sciences, discipline of Management Science. Wiesław Waszkielewicz began his professional career at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, where in the years 1997-2009. he was a member of the university senate; in the years 1999–2005 at the Faculty of Management of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków for two terms – he was the Dean of the faculty. In the years 2005-2012. with the title of associate professor he was the Head of the Department of Marketing and Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków; in the years 2008-2011 he was vice-rector at the College of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice; in the years 2009-2013 with the title of associate professor he was the Head of the Faculty of Management and Computer Science of the Technical and Metallurgy Academy in Bielsko-Biała, Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship. In the years 2012-2018. with the title of associate professor he was the Head of the Faculty of Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, the Laboratory of Production and Marketing Engineering. In the years 2000-2010. he was a member of the Supervisory Board – Koksownia Zdzieszowice (ArcelorMittal Poland S.A.) in the years 2011-2016. Wiesław Waszkielewicz was a member of the Supervisory Board of Tauron Wydobycie S.A .; in the years 2010-2018 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ABM Solid S.A.

Łukasz Duda

Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1984 Łukasz Duda is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, specialization: Distribution and sales on domestic and international markets. Łukasz Duda has been a sole proprietorship since 2010: retail and wholesale. In the years 2006–2009 Łukasz Duda was a member of the Supervisory Board of PATENTUS S.A. and from 04.04.2012 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zakład Konstrukcji Spawanych Montex Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Świętochłowice – a subsidiary.

Anna Gotz

Secretary of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1989. Anna Gotz is a graduate of the University of Wrocław in the field of Law and of the University of Economics in Wroclaw in the field of Management. In October 2008, she completed a seminar organized by Eurofinanse Training Ltd. – Supervisory Board – duties, authority and responsibility for the company’s performance. In December 2009, she completed a course for candidates for Supervisory Board members (organized by OTREK Europejskie Centrum Rozwoju Biznesu). From May 2012 Anna Gotz has been employed at PATENTUS S.A. specialization: Distribution and sale on domestic and international markets. Since 2016, Anna Gotz has been conducting business activity as part of a civil law partnership, of which she is a co-owner: Implementation of construction projects related to the erection of buildings.

Jakub Szymczak

Member of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1982. In 2007 he graduated from the Silesian University of Technology in Katowice at the Faculty of Transport, Specialization: Vehicle Operation and Maintenance. In the period 2007-2008 he was employed at Valeo Electric & Electronic Systems Czechowice – Dziedzice in the position of SQA / PQA. In the years 2008-2010 Jakub Szymczak was employed at Valeo Electric & Electronic Systems Czechowice – Dziedzice as a Commodity Buyer, while from 2010-2013. Employed as Productivity Buyer also at Valeo Electric & Electronic Systems Czechowice – Dziedzice. From 01/09/2013 Jakub Szymczak founded a sole proprietorship JAKUB SZYMCZAK MAK specializing in the activity of agents in the sale of other specific goods. From 01/09/2013, he signed a contract for an indefinite period with WAI GLOBAL based in the Netherlands for the position of Business Development Manager. From December 22, 2011 Jakub Szymczak has served as the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ZAKŁAD KONSTRUKCJI SPAWANYCH MONTEX Sp. z o.o. (Subsidiary).

Edyta Głombek

Member of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1973 Edyta Głombek is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics in the field of Management and Marketing, discipline: accounting. In 2001, Edyta Głombek obtained the qualification certificate No. 25346/01 entitling her to service accounting book keeping. In 2004 she obtained Diploma No. 2525/2014, confirming passing the exam for members of Supervisory Boards in state-owned companies. In 2013 she completed a course raising her professional qualifications – training for tax advisers. Edyta Głombek began her professional career at WELZ Sp. z o.o. where from 01/01/1998 – 31.05.1998 she was employed for a trial period as a marketing specialist then from 01.06.198 until March 31, 1999 employed as a forwarder for groupage shipments and from 01/04/1999. until December 31, 2016 employed as the Chief Accountant also at WELZ Sp. z o.o. From 01.01.2017 Edyta Głombek has been employed at GEIS PL Sp. z o.o. as Chief Accountant. Since 2005 she has been employed under a contract for specific work at Logotex Sp. z o.o. – keeping accounting records and since 2009. she has been employed under a contract for specific work at PPHU Mirpol – keeping accounting records. In the years 2005–2007 Edyta Głombek was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ARIP Sp.z o.o .; in the years 2006-2011 she was the Deputy Chairman of the Social Council of ZOZ in Pszczyna.
