Further development of PATENTUS S.A. owing to the funding obtained.

Owing to the implementation of another investment project under the Regional Operational Program of the Śląskie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 related to the execution of an innovative drive unit consisting of a gearbox integrated with technical diagnostics systems, we are equipping our machine park with a NILES ZE630 profile grinding machine and LIEBHERR LS 800 H tooth slotting machine. Both machines are to be installed in the first and second quarter of next year. Slotting machine will enable machining up to a diameter of 600 mm on a ø900 mm table, and the profile grinding machine will allow grinding elements with a diameter of up to 650 mm and will make possible, among others, to:

– obtain external gears in the 3rd class of accuracy and internal in the 4th class,

– grind and measure herringbone teeth

– grind and measure splines

– grind and measure worm gears.
