PAT-2P3W1-3061 gearboxes are modern double-reduction gear reducer units, especially designed for both crusher and low-speed shredder drive units with counter-rotating shafts. The gearboxes are designed to be driven by two independent hydraulic motors with variable absorption. The standard design meets the requirements of the ATEXn directive.
Reductors are located parallel to each other and designed as a separate 3-stage planetary gearbox. Output shafts of reducers are coupled in a combined casing by means of a pair of cylindrical gears, ensuring mechanical mutual synchronization of rotations 1: 1 counterrotating at the output. The output shafts of the gearbox are topped-off with identical shaped spigots, enabling the transfer of large torques to the shafts of the device on the basis of the kinematics of claw couplings with axial compensation.
